Background

This PR introduces a new OpenAI compatible provider named OVHcloud AI Endpoints. It's a product from a French leading European Cloud Provider, with data sovereignty and GDPR compliance.

• Edit to add the provider in the list on content/docs/02-foundations/02-providers-and-models.mdx
